What Will You Be Doing?

  • Develop and execute an effective business plan to increase sales with the existing and new regional/national house builders.
  • Adopting highly personable skills, to strengthen relationships to realise additional specification sales opportunities.
  • Pro-actively managing and supporting Top 20 Contractors with customer related issues; e.g. training, marketing, financial, aftersales to ensure customer expectations are met in and exceeded in terms of quality, accuracy and timescale.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded within the agreed timeframe, to contribute towards the achievement of the regional sales target.

  • Well-established relationships with contractors, specifiers, National New Build Developers, with a track record for nurturing their success.
  • Excellent ability at influencing early stages, in order to build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Highly organised who enjoys the autonomy in managing your own work schedule.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with thorough technical product knowledge of air source heat pumps.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in identifying and winning untapped sales potential.
