What will you be doing?
As a Sales Order Support Coordinator, you will process and maintain customer\'s orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders\' lifecycle.
Your working day will involve:
- Processing and maintaining a high number of orders in SAP to meet customers\' delivery deadlines.
- Communicating with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates and information needed for the effective progress of orders.
- Maintaining and exceeding customer expectations with a high-quality response to all customer enquiries with an aim to finding solutions.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service, and timescale.
What are we looking for in you?
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails along with processing a high number of sales orders.
- Previous relevant experience working in Order Processing is essential.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Resilience, problem-solving and ability to prioritise under pressure.
