Manage Dahua's current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities.
Liaise with Head of Sales Department.
Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc.
Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department.
Maintain a long-term relationship with existing channel customers and recruit additional channel partners.
Drive target setting process, strategy formulation and action planning across programs, operations and key support functions to achieve the partner objectives.
Prepare accurate and timely reports. Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Dahua products and solutions.
Assist in the overall growth of the Dahua brand within the UK and Ireland market.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous.
- Previous experience with distributors will be advantageous.
- Good customer service skills and communication skills.
- Good at handling pressures.
- The ability to learn new technologies fast.
- A positive attitude.
- Initiative, honesty and integrity.
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Full clean driver's license.
