Responsibilities
- Strategic Channel Sales Management: Support business development through data‑driven analysis of channel sales performance. Assist in designing and administering partner programs to enhance collaboration with various channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- System & Process Optimization: Work on the continuous improvement of both online and offline systems and operational processes, aligning with evolving business practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide project support across different functions to ensure smooth execution and coordination.
- Liaison with Headquarters: Act as a key communication bridge with the head office to facilitate timely support, policy alignment, and resource coordination for local channel development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with other data processing or analysis tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, creative problem‑solver with the ability to take initiative
