Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the product life cycle: monitor and collect the product life cycle process and milestones, be good at system process handling.
- Analysing markets and identifying trends: collect information from the markets and generate reports to the product team for strategy guideline.
- Planning promotions: be the owner to monitor the time line and status of product promotion prerequisites, cooperate with different teams to make promotion release happen smoothly.
- Tracking product performance: collect the feedback from the markets, generate requirement report and hand over to R&D.
- Maintain efficient communication with the headquarters in terms of new product lines and other technical issues, ensuring the problem can be solved timely by integrating sources.
Key Attributes:
- Experience in managing multi tasks and arrange them in a smooth condition.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis including the tools to be used.
- Ability to work autonomously with confidence and set a clear direction for strategic work streams.
- The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical specialists, with the ability to influence and generate buy-in across the organisation.
- Proven ability to handle, analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to suggest decisions.
- Good customer service skills and communication skills.
- Good at handling pressures.
- The ability to learn new technologies fast.
