The Key Account Business Development Manager at Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to improve business performance, reputation, and ensure sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering key tasks such as exploring and developing significant project opportunities, recognizing decision-making chains, and establishing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects, manage the project process, and lead bidding processes to successful closure.
  • Promote Dahua products and services to specifiers, including systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  • Follow up on new business opportunities, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations for business partners and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and developments effectively.
  • Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program, securing partner engagement.
  • Deliver product and commercial training to partners, encouraging system specifications that include Dahua solutions.
  • Work closely with distribution partners to meet business requirements.
  • Assist in developing market and vertical market strategies for Dahua products and solutions.
  • Support marketing events and exhibitions related to Dahua products.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to support management.
  • Maintain and develop the CRM system with accurate data.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, develop existing and new customers, and support account management.
  • Monitor activities, produce reports, and conduct market research and surveys.
  • Attend meetings and training to stay updated on market and product knowledge.
