About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the UK expansion of our smart electrical product range (Smart MCB / RCBO / energy solutions). This is a rare opportunity to build a new category from the ground up in a traditional industry undergoing rapid transformation. If you enjoy opening new markets, building partnerships, and making a real commercial impact — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business across the UK electrical market
  • Build relationships with wholesalers, installers, and contractors
  • Develop and manage distribution partners
  • Identify and close key projects (residential, commercial, energy solutions)
  • Work closely with internal teams on product positioning and GTM strategy
  • Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience in: Electrical products (MCB / RCBO / distribution systems), or Smart home / energy / EV / solar sectors
  • Strong network within UK electrical wholesalers or contractor ecosystem
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
