Dahua Technology is expanding its EV Charging business in the UK and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead OEM partnership development and market entry.

This role is focused on building the market from the ground up (0–1) by identifying and developing OEM/ODM collaborations with UK brands in the EV charging ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in opening new market opportunities, establishing Dahua’s first OEM partnerships in the UK EV charging sector, and driving early-stage revenue growth for AC EV chargers and DC fast charging solutions. This position requires a highly entrepreneurial professional with strong market development capabilities and a proven ability to create business opportunities where no existing structure currently exists.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Identify and develop OEM/ODM partnership opportunities with UK-based EV charging brands, energy solution providers, and technology companies.
  • Take ownership of early-stage market development, identifying strategic entry points and potential partners in the EV charging ecosystem.
  • Build Dahua’s first wave of OEM partnerships within the UK EV charging market.
  • Develop new revenue opportunities for Dahua’s AC EV chargers and DC fast charging solutions through OEM collaboration.
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing models, partnership structures, and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and execute market entry and go-to-market strategies with OEM partners.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering measurable business growth.
  • Represent Dahua’s technology capabilities and manufacturing strengths to potential partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product management, marketing, and technical support to ensure successful partnership implementation.
  • Provide strategic market insights and competitor analysis to support Dahua’s EV charging business development in the UK.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within electrical products, EV charging, energy technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in market development or launching new business initiatives (0–1 growth environment) is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing OEM partnerships or working with brand collaborations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the UK EV charging ecosystem, energy infrastructure, or electrical distribution markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities, open strategic accounts, and convert them into commercial partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and the ability to work independently in an emerging business area.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
