The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth. Develop brand distributor and establish sales channels for both domestic and commercial charging product & solution. Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms. Provide sales leadership and experience on large brand distribution or OEM opportunities. A university degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of electrical product, especially home security & surveillance, household sensors & alarms, power strips or light sockets. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems. Full clean driver’s license
