Dahua has established sales, marketing, and distribution networks globally and is investing in localised marketing to ensure clear, consistent messaging, driving and supporting significant growth. The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua's high-quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
- Develop brand distributor and establish sales channels for both domestic and commercial charging product & solution.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large brand distribution or OEM opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and product management to achieve sales goals.
A university degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of electrical products, especially home security & surveillance, household sensors & alarms, power strips or light sockets. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems. Full clean driver's license.
