The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua's high-quality products, solutions, and services. This role will engage with our Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Operation Departments, as well as external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua's business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.
- Develop brand distributor and establish sales channels for both domestic and commercial charging products & solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms.
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large brand distribution or OEM opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and product management to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- A university degree in marketing or business studies, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of electrical products, especially home security & surveillance, household sensors & alarms, power strips, or light sockets.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
- Full clean driver's license.
