The role You will take ownership of our freelance / contract desk. This is a genuine opportunity to establish and grow a key part of the business. You will shape the market, develop client relationships and build a network of exceptional freelance talent across creative, strategy, production and marketing disciplines. The role requires someone commercially driven who understands how to properly build a freelance desk, from winning new business and developing existing clients, to building a reliable, high-quality talent network. As the desk grows, you will play a central role in shaping its direction and building a team around you.

Who we’re looking for You are a proven recruiter who can build rapport and professional relationships across a diverse mix of clients and candidates. You understand freelance recruitment and have a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. You are commercially minded, comfortable generating new business and confident developing existing accounts into long-term partnerships. Most importantly, you are ambitious. You want the opportunity to build something significant and take real ownership of a growing part of the business.
