Overview

Dahlia Recruitment Renewables invites applications for Sustainability & Auditing Manager. The role will be based primarily in the Oxford area but is hybrid and other UK locations may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business and external stakeholders to support all aspects of the supply chain – feedstock procurement, cultivation and processing, plant operation, carbon capture, biomethane supply, and digestate use.
  • Manage and deliver periodic data submissions, sustainability audits and other reporting requirements for UK renewable‑energy support schemes (e.g. RHI, GGSS).
  • Maintain high‑quality data sets and fulfil audit schedules and regulatory deadlines.
  • Work independently to manage data submissions and audits, and present findings to internal teams and external clients.
  • Provide strategic support to the biogas network, liaising with partners, suppliers and project customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, environmental science, finance, etc.).
  • At least three years of relevant experience in sustainability, auditing or renewable‑energy data management.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and numerical skills.
  • Passion for energy and sustainability, with an appreciation for farming and agriculture.
  • Experience in managing data submissions and sustainability audits for UK government support schemes preferred.
  • Knowledge of voluntary sustainability schemes is an advantage.
