SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a strong generalist human resources experience gained in multi-country European environments.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of UK employment legislation with practical exposure to Ireland, Germany and France highly desirable.
- Proven capability managing employee relations matters in multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience implementing talent, succession, performance and leadership frameworks.
- Experience working within a global matrix organisation and balancing regional needs with global requirements.
- Demonstrated capability driving organisational change and improving leadership effectiveness.
- Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge leaders.
- Commercial business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
