Overview
We are looking for an IT Admin who will be a part of our Hardware and Networking team and be responsible for maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux OS issues, including system crashes, performance lags, and connectivity problems. Manage Linux installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Install and configure software on Linux systems, including tools like Visual Studio, MySQL, Docker, and Node.js. Troubleshoot software installation issues specific to Linux environments.
- Handle system upgrades, such as RAM, storage, and OS improvements. Optimize system performance and resolve slowdowns or system hang issues.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle and address hardware issues. Provide prompt, high-quality tech support to users, focusing on Linux system performance.
