As a Room Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important. Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential.
The role requires you to work flexibly across various days of the week. You will:
- Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Assist with laundry and linen distribution
- Replenish guest supplies
- Report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper
- Ensure housekeeping cupboards are well-stocked
- Clean corridor areas within your assigned section
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper
