As a Breakfast Manager at Crerar Hotels, you'll oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and customer experience. With strong leadership and communication skills, you'll manage and motivate the team, maintaining a welcoming and well-organised environment. Your proactive approach and planning abilities will help streamline operations, from buffet breakfast service to lunch and terrace dining. With your strong operational and communication skills, you’ll coordinate staffing, manage stock and costs, deliver effective team briefings and training, and work closely with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams. You’ll also take ownership of guest feedback, operational challenges and continuous improvements, ensuring every service reflects the high standards and reputation of Crerar Hotels. You’ll work flexibly, including weekends, upholding high grooming and presentation standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.
