Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting a Social Care Manager for our mainstream residential care service in Dunleer, Co. Louth As a Social Care Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the residential centre and for leading a team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders. Working closely with the Director of Services you will also be responsible for the modelling, leading, development and promotion of professional social care that delivers positive outcomes for young people and their families. Continued professional development educational grants available to teams andindividuals About The Role The successful candidate will possess: A minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years post qualification work experience in a childrens residential care setting. OR Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification and 4 years post qualification work experience in a childrens residential care setting.
