Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focusedTruck Sales Executive to join our successful team inHuyton.
As aTruck Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for new truck sales, and delivering tailored transport solutions that meet customer needs.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 am to 5:30 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across your sales territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, owner-drivers, and commercial clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Provide expert advice on DAF trucks, finance options, and aftersales packages.
- Work closely with the wider sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Proven experience inB2B vehicle sales (truck, van, or automotive sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry.
- To be familiar with a CRM database.
- Full UK driving licence.
