We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Service Advisor at our Birtley depot.

Who are we looking for as a Technical Service Advisor
- You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector as a Technical Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / trailer parts.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair scheduling preferred but not essential.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- PC Literate (DMS system experience would be an advantage).
- Full UK driving licence.
- The Technical Service Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Managing service bookings on day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient workshop loading.
Complete service estimates accurately, clearly, and quickly.
Keep customers up to date with costs, progress and authorisations.
Prepare job cards & raise invoices.
Working
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:30pm.
Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
