Hours: Monday to Friday 40 Hours

What will you be doing:

  • Managing a team of Technicians, Service Receptionists and Service Advisors
  • Ensuring the relationship between Service Reception and Workshop Control is developed and maintained
  • Strengthening and developing long term customer relationships
  • Develop opportunities to grow the service business
  • Coach and develop the Service team
  • Ensuring MOT pass rates are in line or exceed benchmarks
