We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our team at Adams Morey Salisbury, with an exciting move to our new Andover site planned in the near future. This is a key role supporting the service department, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, records are accurate, and customers receive a high level of service.
Salary: dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, i.e. 42.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service engineers and coordinating daily workloads.
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
- Preparing job cards, service reports, estimates, and related documentation.
- Maintaining accurate service records and databases.
- Raising purchase orders, preparing invoices, and processing invoicing activities.
- Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal departments.
- Supporting the Workshop Manager with general administration duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or service support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Customer‑focused with a professional and friendly manner.
