Join a thriving DAF Trucks Dealership as a Service Administrator based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. You will play a key role within our service department, ensuring that all administrative tasks from job card processing to customer invoicing are executed with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing workshop job cards and invoicing via the Keyloop (Kerridge/CDK) System.
  • Updating customer invoicing platforms and resolving invoicing queries.
  • Processing warranty and R&M (Repair & Maintenance) claims accurately.
  • Providing general administration support to ensure smooth workshop operations.

What are we looking for

  • Previous experience in a commercial vehicle or HGV dealership service environment (DAF experience highly advantageous).
  • Strong working knowledge of HGV repair processes, workshop operations, & service admin.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with DAF Check, RMI platforms, Kerridge (desirable).
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Strong and up to date IT skills.
