Parts Advisor - Lancashire DAF in Preston

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Award-Winning DAFTrucks Dealership based in Bamber Bridge Preston.

Joining our team of Parts Advisors, your main task will be theefficient handling of customers parts enquiries and upselling of additional parts at every opportunity.

What you will do:

• Manage customer parts enquiries efficiently and effectively
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise sales
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
• Monday to Friday working with some flexibility required for weekend cover

What you will bring:

• Previous experience of Parts Sales (essential for this role)
• Good commercial vehicle knowledge
• Truck & trailer parts experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of parts systems
• Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
