We are seeking a proactive Parts Manager to oversee operations at our Loanhead and Bathgate locations. This is an ideal opportunity for an established manager or a senior Parts Advisor looking to advance their career. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day parts operations to support our workshop and external customers.
- Cultivate a high-performing environment by mentoring, motivating and guiding the parts team.
- Manage stock levels efficiently while minimising costs and ensuring timely and accurate departmental administration.
- Maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and external partners.
- Proactively grow trade and retail sales through exceptional service.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a commercial vehicle franchised dealership (Supervisor or Management level), DAF & Truck & Trailer knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in stock management software (Keyloop/Kerridge preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
