- Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at our
Roche site.

Working hours
Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday mornings required on a rota basis, paid at time & a half, i. e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
Salary
Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Key Responsibilities
- To provide excellent service to our technicians in our internal Workshop to support with their KPI’s
- Identify parts on computer-based systems
- Purchase parts at best price.
- Dealing with all returned parts, including Warranty
- Receipting parts.
- Parts Cross referencing.
- Back Order reporting to the Workshop
- Back-order chasing with Suppliers
- Processing credits.
- Checking off stock and accurately put away in correct bin locations when required
- Pick Orders when required.
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone, walk-ins etc – when required
Ideally, we are looking for
- Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
- Must have strong communication skills
- A friendly, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
- Experience working to performance targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
