Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:
- You will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or have experience within a Warehouse / Stores environment and have a passion for trucks and know your truck / trailer parts.
- Experience in a parts or distribution operation involving inventory control, goods inwards, goods returns and order picking would be an advantage.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working unsupervised whilst on night shift.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will provide a professional parts service to internal and external customers.
- To efficiently replenish stocks.
- Placing inbound parts into the correct locations.
- Identifying and picking outbound parts for distribution.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
- Maintain competent and complete records for all service exchange parts supplied / returned.
- General housekeeping of the warehouse.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
Working: Monday to Thursday night shift 6pm – 6am.
