Ford and Slater are one of the UK’s largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Sales Supervisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Norwich.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Sales Supervisor:
- You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector as a Parts Sales Supervisor or similar Supervisory role.
- A sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- People Management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Experience of running Marketing / Sales promotion campaigns would be an advantage.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Parts Sales Supervisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- You will supervise the parts sales team on a day to day basis, providing a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and campaigns.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
