North West Trucks is looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Hub in Huyton.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the efficient supply of commercial vehicle parts.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, Saturday (rota basis) 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i. e. 45 hours per week plus overtime, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers and workshop colleagues with parts enquiries.
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting stock control processes.
- Promoting parts sales and identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ensuring the parts department operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements
- Previous experience in a parts advisory role, ideally within the commercial vehicle, automotive, or agricultural sectors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and experience using parts management systems.
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
