Motus Commercials located in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Parts Sales Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers.
5 days per week Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm PLUS one Saturday in four (overtime rates).

Main Duties
- We require a Customer Parts Sales Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers' vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
- Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning.
- To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products.
- To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners.
- Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements.
- To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant colleague within Motus Commercials.
