Ford and Slater are one of the UK's largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in King's Lynn.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone.
- Promote and encourage growth of the parts business.
- Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Work: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm. Friday, 9am - 5pm. Saturday mornings on a rota basis 7am - Midday, paid as overtime.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Sales driven with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck/car parts.
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary: £12.71 per hour.
