Motus Commercials in Hull is seeking a Business Development Executive.
You will join our friendly team in the parts department, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm.

As a Business Development Executive in Hull, you will:

This is a customer-facing, field-based role reporting to the Head of Parts Sales. Your responsibilities include managing customer accounts, increasing parts sales, and working collaboratively with internal teams and customers to achieve targets.
- Grow the customer base for Competitive, All Makes, and Trailer parts using CRM systems
- Provide detailed reports on customer activity and opportunities
- Foster customer loyalty and maximize sales and margins
- Encourage use of manufacturer web-based sales platforms
- Coordinate with the parts team to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop regional promotions and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Manage parts inventory accuracy and operational controls
- Resolve invoice queries and bad debt issues promptly
- Implement growth strategies for accounts
- Engage in continuous learning and development
