About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer Consultant to join the Daemon Engineering team. You will work with high‑performing colleagues on challenging projects for well‑known brands, build and maintain web APIs, and deliver innovative solutions across Azure, AWS and GCP platforms.
Responsibilities
- Implement REST APIs over interfaces on Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Design and develop new solutions and support, maintain and improve existing ones.
- Develop custom modules and integrate with third‑party systems.
- Apply software application knowledge to enhance performance and usability.
- Communicate effectively with senior non‑technical staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in software engineering and experience building web APIs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive learner who can adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Organised, productive approach to work and self‑management of development plans.
