We're on the lookout for a driven Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our team here at D'Addario Europe β€” someone with a flair for design, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for creativity and marketing. D'Addario & Company is the world's largest musical instrument accessory manufacturer β€” based in New York and driven by innovation, advanced manufacturing and sustainable practices. D'Addario Europe, founded in 2017, leads European sales and marketing for the full family of brands. In this role, you'll help bring ideas to life across multiple brands β€” supporting creative assets, campaigns, launches, and events. Working within a collaborative friendly team, you'll play an important part in keeping day-to-day marketing and creative activity running smoothly from concept through to delivery. Reporting to the Marketing and Creative Directors, you'll support a variety of projects while ensuring a high standard of organisation and attention to detail throughout. We're looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience, supported by qualifications in a design-related field. You'll have a strong portfolio that showcases creative thinking and design ability. Responsibilities

  • Design: Creative production support, including resizing, adapting, and distributing visuals across our European markets.
  • Assisting with the creation of retailer-specific assets and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the organisation and coordination of launches, promotions and events.
  • Initial project research, supplier sourcing and liaising.
  • Chasing and coordinating with suppliers to hit deadlines.
  • Marketing: Email and landing page production support.
  • Building and deploying marketing emails using existing templates and platforms.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining landing pages.
  • Coordinating and distributing translated copy across markets.
  • Uploading and managing assets across internal platforms.
  • Assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Organising and uploading job requests.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and a confident multitasker.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Contemporary awareness of design and marketing trends.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, staying organised and focused.
  • Willing and open to learning new skills and programmes.
  • Must Have
  • Higher education qualification in a design-related field (BA Hons, HND, or equivalent).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and design ability β€” graphic design, visual communication, fashion marketing, or similar.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • A working knowledge of Office 365.
  • Happy working in an Apple/Mac-based environment.
