Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on international import and export customs clearance processes; communicate and coordinate to resolve daily customs-related exceptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support the development of the company’s customs management system and IT infrastructure.
  • Track and coordinate all logistics stages from shipment dispatch to final customer delivery.
  • Verify freight costs, manage cost control, and arrange payments.
  • Optimize import/export customs declaration processes, drive achievement of customs KPIs, and prepare periodic analytical reports.
  • Track, collect, and analyze domestic and international customs laws, regulations, and policies; provide insights and recommendations to support compliant customs operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of in-house (shipper-side) experience in logistics and customs operations.
  • Strong experience in export tax rebates and import foreign exchange processes; familiar with third-country trade and triangular trade.
  • Experience leading large-scale import/export logistics projects for automotive-grade or Tier 1 clients.
  • Ability to support the sales team with logistics and customs solutions.
  • Familiar with various trade modes, including general trade, samples/advertising goods, repair items, and returned goods; solid understanding of Incoterms; knowledgeable in bonded and cross-border business.
  • Good understanding of logistics, customs declaration, and inspection processes, as well as relevant customs and CIQ policies.
