Pre Sales Solution Architect
Lead pre‑sales solution design, proposals, and contractual SOWs for IT infrastructure, Cloud, and AIDC solutions. Present solutions and service designs to C‑level and senior client stakeholders. Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery within cost, timeline, and quality commitments. Manage POC testing, solution optimization, and technical verification to meet business objectives. Ensure smooth handover of solutions to delivery teams for successful implementation.
Solution & Service Offering Management
Monitor industry trends and market needs to develop and enhance Organization solutions and service offerings. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies. Work with customers and partners to ensure successful solution delivery in assigned markets. Develop and test demos of Organisation solutions and services as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or AIDC pre‑sales and solution architecture.
- Hands‑on experience developing technical proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- In‑depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, public and private cloud familiarity with AIDC hardware architectures and computing platforms is a plus.
- General knowledge of Big Data, AI, and digital transformation.
- Relevant certifications such as Cloud Solution Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
