Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management, configuration optimization, and troubleshooting of public cloud products across various domains, including computing, storage, databases, AI/machine learning, big data, and cybersecurity.
  • Support product deployment and debugging based on business requirements to ensure stable and efficient cloud service operations.
  • Serve as a technical liaison, communicating customer requirements, explaining technical solutions, and handling issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, meeting minutes, and product materials to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and overseas clients.
  • Provide customers with product training and operational guidance for public cloud services.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations and optimization solutions based on business use cases to enhance customer experience and maximize cloud adoption value.
  • Keep up-to-date with public cloud product releases and version updates, continuously learning new features and technical standards while providing technical consultation and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud-related project implementation, coordinate internal and external resources, resolve technical and communication issues during project execution, and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of public cloud products, including functionalities, use cases, configuration rules, and troubleshooting methodologies, with the ability to independently handle deployment, debugging, and optimization tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud and/or AWS is highly preferred.
  • Cloud certifications from major vendors are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public cloud technical support, cloud solutions, or cloud operations roles.
  • Familiarity with the cloud computing industry, cloud-native technologies, and distributed architectures is preferred.
  • Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, with basic understanding of mainstream AI large language model (LLM) applications.
