About The Role:

  • Covering the full recruitment cycle (270 or 360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding.
  • Providing professional recruitment services to candidates.
  • Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients.
  • Bringing good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team.
  • Attractive compensation package: salary + commission + bonus + reward.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, with a passion for the recruitment industry.
  • A strong understanding and expertise in the recruitment of software technical/corporate/business talents in the Internet industry.
  • Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates.
  • Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent.
  • MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must.
