We are partnering with a fast-growing gaming company in Singapore to hire a highly organised and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing and pipeline development to support business growth.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, employment contract administration, attendance tracking, payroll support, CPF contributions, and related employee documentation.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including compliance checks, workplace morale initiatives, team engagement activities, and handling employee-related matters in accordance with local regulations.
- Oversee office administration and facilities management in Singapore, including office operations, lease renewals, landlord/property management coordination, procurement of office supplies, vendor management, corporate registration matters, and general administrative support.
- Maintain and update company licences, administrative and HR records, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and readiness for local regulatory audits or inspections.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on HR and administrative experience in Singapore; prior experience in a startup environment will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and local hiring practices.
- Familiar with basic corporate registration and licensing procedures in Singapore; experience liaising with landlords, vendors, and external service providers is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high level of discretion and confidentiality, strong execution ability, and able to work well under pressure with a long-term growth mindset.
