Lead office space search, evaluation, and leasing processes, including liaison with property agents, reviewing lease terms, and managing end-to-end execution.
Manage daily office administration operations, including vendor management, office supplies procurement, employee welfare administration, and facilities coordination.
Support Employment Pass (EP) application processes and employee onboarding documentation in compliance with MOM regulations, working closely with external HR/legal advisors.
Maintain contract management, filing systems, and documentation records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with company secretary, government agencies, banks, and external service providers as required.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative or office management experience in Singapore.
- Prior experience in office relocation, new office setup, or lease negotiation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with local job platforms (LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet).
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations, CPF contributions, and MOM processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, able to work independently with minimal supervision and drive execution efficiently.
