We are seeking a strong, hands‑on leader to drive our POS Deployment & Training team. This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end merchant onboarding, ensuring high-quality training execution, and optimizing activation performance across regions. You will play a key role in building scalable deployment processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring merchants are successfully activated with a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a regional team of Deployment Trainers
  • Oversee end‑to‑end POS onboarding, training delivery, and merchant activation processes
  • Develop and standardize SOPs, training frameworks, and deployment workflows to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including activation rate, time‑to‑go‑live, and SLA adherence
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to resolve issues and continuously improve processes
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive consistent performance and service quality

Requirements

  • Experience in POS, retail technology, fintech, or training/onboarding operations
  • 4–7 years of experience in deployment, training, onboarding, POS/retail, or fintech operations roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
