About the Company
We are a Singapore-based Single Family Office with a focus on investments in the medical devices and healthcare sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance and investment operations of the family office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records
- Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and internal reporting for investment and portfolio updates
- Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and ensure proper documentation and tracking
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring across entities
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities under guidance from senior team members
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, and service providers
- Assist with basic investment-related administrative tasks and portfolio tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper filing of financial documents
- Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or bookkeeping roles
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
- Able to work independently while supporting a lean team environment
