We are a Singapore-based Single Family Office with a focus on investments in the medical devices and healthcare sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance and investment operations of the family office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records
  • Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and internal reporting for investment and portfolio updates
  • Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and ensure proper documentation and tracking
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring across entities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities under guidance from senior team members
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, and service providers
  • Assist with basic investment-related administrative tasks and portfolio tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper filing of financial documents
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or bookkeeping roles
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
  • Able to work independently while supporting a lean team environment
