The Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain core backend services that power business-critical systems.
You will work on distributed systems at scale, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in production environments.
- Own end-to-end delivery of backend features, from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in system architecture discussions, including scalability, reliability, and performance trade-offs.
- Optimize existing systems for throughput, latency, stability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Support production systems and participate in incident analysis when needed.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Backend Engineer working on production systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, including concurrency, data consistency, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with databases (e. g. My SQL, Postgre SQL, No SQL) and message queues and streaming systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a mindset of ownership and responsibility.
