We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Bramhope office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers and existing clients.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs
- Assisting in marketing and advertising any properties
- Dealing with phone and email queries
- Liaising with all interested parties
- Negotiating and agreeing offers to sale agreed
- Progressing sales through to exchange of contracts and completion
- Keeping administration records updated
