What Youll Be Doing

  • Register new buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the process

  • Market and advertise properties across platforms

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries quickly and professionally

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings

  • Negotiate and agree property sales

  • Progress sales from offer through to exchange and completion

  • Keep internal systems and admin records up to date

  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders

What we\’re looking for

  • 12 years of estate agency experience (essential)

  • Strong background in customer service

  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator

  • Motivated, target-driven, and proactive

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Full UK driving licence required

Location

North Leeds Office easily accessible and part of our network across Yorkshire.
