What You’ll Be Doing
- Register new buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the process
- Market and advertise properties across platforms
- Respond to phone and email enquiries quickly and professionally
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate and agree property sales
- Progress sales from offer through to exchange and completion
- Keep internal systems and admin records up to date
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of estate agency experience or equivalent (training will be limited so we require relevant experience to hit the ground running)
- Strong background in customer service
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
- Motivated, target‑driven, and proactive
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Full UK driving licence required as you will conduct property viewings
