An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Safety Team as a Community Safety Officer. This two-year fixed term contract/secondment continues until June 2028 (Ref: H7483).
Responsibilities:
- Drive targeted interventions, analyse data and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Lead engagement and coordinate events.
- Support domestic abuse work and build strong links with key agencies to reduce crime, improve safety and wellbeing across Dacorum.
- Shape policy and coordinate events with internal and external stakeholders, including Police, Fire & Rescue, Public Health and local agencies.
- Support delivery of the Domestic Abuse Action Plan and strengthen community links to address local priorities.
- Engage residents and collaborate with partners to influence real change.
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check (no relevant convictions).
