Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Tenancy Management Team during an exciting phase of service redesign. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, sustainable communities through meaningful interactions with our tenants.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, engaging with tenants through various methods to ensure they understand and comply with their tenancy conditions. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of tenancy and neighbourhood management tasks, aimed at meeting and surpassing performance benchmarks and quality standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Communicating effectively with tenants to ensure compliance with tenancy conditions
- Managing a range of tenancy and neighbourhood management tasks
- Representing the Dacorum Borough Council to its tenants in a professional and diligent manner
