Dacorum Borough Council is seeking a proactive Service Charge Manager to lead the delivery, accuracy and continual improvement of service charge operations across its housing portfolio. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the calculation, monitoring and reconciliation of all service charges, ensuring compliance with legislation, transparency for residents, and robust financial management.
As Service Charge Manager, you will work closely with finance, housing, property teams and external providers to produce clear, accurate budgets and statements, drive service improvements, enhance cost recovery, and support excellent customer experience. You will lead a dedicated team, champion best practice, and contribute to strategic service development within the Council.
